I've heard of the product (via this forum, & despite being unavailable here in the U.S.) but it would still seem to me that they'd be far more effective in a simpler set-up, since they still have to FIND their prey to be effective & your enclosure has vast hiding places for both mites & their eggs- & then what about the mite eggs left behind? The thing about mites is the sooner you get rid of them, the less chance they have to share diseases with your snake, so I can't see how such a spacious & complex home for the snake wouldn't slow things down?Any that are missed can reproduce exponentially- I like the "natural predator" idea, I'm just not completely sold on how effective they'll be in any kind of set-up.
