    That's good to hear. From my understanding while Ida is almost CAT 5 right now, it's a small, compact storm with hurricane force winds extending 50 miles from the eye. By comparison Katrina was CAT 3 when it landed but physically larger with hurricane-force winds 120 miles from the eye and a higher storm surge, which is why it was such a devastating storm.
