As others have said, as long as there are no other unusual behaviours it should be fine

I once saw my BP coiled up with his head sideways like that resting in the middle of his coils. I was also worried to see him like that but he was totally fine, when I reached down to touch him he was startled awake. I think it's a normal sleeping position, maybe just one that you don't see often.
