Some BPs get a little pink BEFORE they shed- I'm not aware of any that do afterwards, nor any that are "age-related".
What kind of heat are you using? UTH? Is it controlled by thermostat? What are the warmest temps. inside enclosure that your snake can touch if they push away the substrate? I am concerned that this is a "burn" from excessive heat. Can you post pics?
I may have misread your question, is the pink before or after the shed?

This is interesting to me because my BP did not get a pink belly when in shed when he was small, but after he got bigger (and maybe hit snake puberty?) he started getting more and more pink before every shed. He is an albino so it shows really clearly and his belly now turns salmon pink before a shed but when he was small he didn’t turn pink at all.
This also led me to wonder if turning pink is age related but judging by the other comments here it isn’t. Maybe it varies from snake to snake, and maybe there are BPs who don’t turn pink at all out there.
i was and am wondering everything you mentioned. Mine is around a year and a couple months so i thought it was pretty late to start showing but i think it varies for snakes, maybe even morphs. but for now i guess it's just random for different bp's

That's really interesting! My BP started turning pink at around that age as well. It also happened incrementally as you described, he would get just a little pinkish at the beginning before shedding, then the colour got more intense each time he shed and he goes full on salmon pink now before shedding.
