You "can" but "SHOULD you"? Not knowing how much your snake weighs doesn't help us answer. But keep in mind that most snakes "act hungry" after eating perfectly adequate meals, & many stay in "feed mode" for anywhere from hours to DAYs after that meal, so you can't judge from his eagerness, okay? It's like when we try to refuse a wonderful dessert after a big dinner, & even though we're stuffed, we can't resist either...but we probably "should" have. And since for snakes, eating too much at once or with too much time passing between when each item was swallowed can result in the snake regurgitating the entire meal, & can actually even harm (or rarely kill them) if they aspirate into their lung, it's truly best you just learn to say "no" to that cute little scaly face.
The only way it's okay to feed 2 rodents for one meal is if their total weight/size doesn't exceed what you'd have fed as only one rodent, AND, if they're both eaten within the hour, so they get digested together. Otherwise it's asking for trouble, & a shortage of digestive enzymes can mean a regurge- you truly do NOT want that.
