If you are into boas, one thing to pick up on is the differences in head and body shape. Sniper has a head in between a Colombian BCI (BI) and a BCC (BC) with a taller loaf body than the typical Colombian so he's a little of each which is what the locale is said to be. "A natural cross", according to Russo's book.

However I see a lot of differences between JM's two boas here. Both head and body shapes are distinct and will become more-so with age.

When you can post, you'll have a lot to add. You seem to have a sizable and diverse collection.

Russo's book is a great read for anyone interested in learning more about boas. jmcrook recommended it to me awhile back when we were discussing keeping boas vs Morelia. I'm excited this thread got started, and looking forward to seeing everyone's collections in one place.

Forgive what may be a silly question, but along with the body and head shape, have you all noticed any behavioral differences between the different localities that you keep?
