    Is he overweight?

    My BP Zebes has been growing well, but I'm not sure if it's TOO well.

    Just weighed in at 383 grams and he's almost 9 months old.


    Also apparently went into blue. Upped the moisture of his enclosure.

    Forgot to add that he's been on weekly rat pups for the past month or so. Was eating large mice before then.

    I think he WAS a bit chunky (even by BP standards) a while ago, his tail area wasn't as smooth and splayed out more, but I'm guessing the transition to rats fixed that over time.

    That or he's always been at a good weight and I'm being overly paranoid. Equally possible.
