That's easy-

Upper left on this page, see where it says "FORUM" in dark blue? Click on that, & you'll have a whole page of options.

When you scroll down to the category "Ball Pythons", under that is the "General BPs" where you are now, & below that are 4 more options. Pick the most relevant to your topic & click on category.

That opens a whole page of what's IN that category, but at the upper left is a dark blue box "Post New Thread", just click on that & fill in your title, dialogue & "Submit new thread" near the bottom right.

If your new topic belongs IN this current category, you can save time by looking again at the top of THIS page, just above "Reply to Thread" are some greyed-out links & you can click on any of those to "take you there".

I'm glad I'm not the only one that gets lost on new forums...
