It is possible she is still building and hasn't yet ovulated. My reason for suggesting this is that the two recent pictures you provided, she looks very bright in comparison to the January photo. The term, "they glow before they go" refers to the fact that before they ovulate, they often are much brighter than their normal coloration. A normal can almost look like a fire, that is how dramatic it can be. If she is in fact "glowing" currently, then she likely hasn't ovulated yet.
