I would make sure your temps and humidity are right even though the stress is the most likely reason she is refusing food. Make sure she has a 88-90F hot spot and humidity is 50-60%, because if the vet does suggest assist feeding and she gets food in her belly but doesn't have heat right, it's going to be really hard to digest and she could regurgitate and be set even further back.
