    "Cooked" eggnog is pretty easy to make if you are patient. Basically you take a creme anglaise recipe and add your cinnamon and nutmeg spices at the end. If you get it too hot you end up with a mess though.

    Since I have a five-rib roast for four people there will likely be leftovers for weekend sammiches.
