As already noted ^ ^ ^ feed next larger size prey. Pinkies (either mouse or rat) digest quickly & don't offer much to support growth. That's why your snake isn't growing much, it takes time, & it's NORMALLY a slow process either way, but yes, it's time to size up the prey.
