So my vet is going to give me the supplies to tube feed st home. Do I still wait 2 weeks after the regurge or should I just jump straight into getting him some nutrition? If its super watered down? Cuz honestly he's so weak i think the 2 weeks is too much for him.

A week is probably fine, as long as you keep the amount small & put very little "food" into the mix- keep it watery & hope it helps him. on your vet. Keeping fingers crossed for your snake.
