I've recently tried calling and emailing the pvccages.ca people and filling out the form on their website but never heard anything back from them so I'm not sure if they've been impacted by Covid or if something else is going on. I've looked around at other sellers and some seem to be selling identical cages as pvccages.ca (most out of stock right now) so I think they supply other reptile equipment retailers in Canada. Never bought from them but I'd assume they're a decent supplier when they are actually responding to messages and order requests.
