    I would get your snake to the vet ASAP! Regardless of whether it's a nasty rub or mouth rot, it looks looks like it's progressed to the point that you should not try treating it yourself. Call/email your vet, send them a picture, and ask what to do in the meantime.

    How has your snake's breathing and appetite been? Have you heard any clicking/wheezing while they breathe?
