Well, there's Blue Beauty rat snakes (Orthriophis taeniurus) but they don't look all that blue to me. Blue just isn't a color that evolution favors, at least not for.
(Truth be told, I think the regular Beauty rat snakes- the gold & black patterned version- are prettier anyway. I raised a few, years back.)
