I'd HIGHLY recommend to settle in your new apartment before bringing a pet into the mix. With that said, if you do decide to still go through with it, check with the hotel that you're staying in to make sure they allow reptiles. The last thing you want is to get kicked out.

I was just planning on buying the tank. I wasn't going to bring in the snake, the hotel doesn't allow pets.
