How would you modify a log hide?

I have to agree. I'd just get rid of it and get him something new. Snakes getting stuck in enclosure decor can be a real nightmare.

By stuffing it with something do you mean filling it up with something so he can't go inside? I would take it out and replace it with a different piece of furniture, unfortunately BPs are very good at getting themselves stuck in tight spaces without an open bottom. Yeah those logs are permanently affixed with Great Stuff foam - removing them wouldn't be practical. I may need to just use the rest of my Great Stuff to seal up the logs. It would just mean putting the snake back in a tub for 3-5 days while it cures... thanks for your thoughts on this!
