Now some animals might be double that in a year and some might be less there are a lot of factor in play, weight out of the egg, how soon they eat on their own, genetics, food refusal, fast etc.
Feeding = Growth
Adult = Slower metabolism = Slower Growth
She is young she still has room to grow I have animal that were 1500 grams by 2 to 3 years and are now 3000+, it does not happen overnight, just like some female will remain on the smaller side and stay in the 2500 grams range.
There is nothing wrong with the size of your female or length.
