    You mention "on" her nose, but they shed the outer-inside part of their nostrils, so if some skin was stuck on the outside of her nose, there might be something INside...did you check? Either for old skin or substrate, either can cause whistling. What's the humidity? Too little, & skin around nostrils, eyes, chin & tail tips tend to get stuck.
