Wow, I would find that pretty Cool... AND it has a happy ending for all the snakes

"An India resident who noticed baby snakes inside his home opened up his air conditioning unit and found about 40 snakes slithering around inside.

"Shradhanand said he was able to extract the snakes with the help of neighbors and released the reptiles in a nearby wooded area."

It would be nice to know the species but that's not much worse than all the articles that talk about a huge menacing python & then run a file photo of a ball python, is it?
And maybe no one knew what kind of snakes they were exactly...many ppl in the U.S. think all snakes look "alike" so I suspect it's like that the world over...?

I think Boas can have around 40 ..

Yay a happy ending this time! Lots of these stories don't end well for the snakes .

Boas for sure can. It would help to look over a list of snakes in India...off-hand I don't know which others are possible contenders.
