    You do nothing.

    Mold from this egg will not spread to other healthy eggs.

    While you can remove a moldy egg when not attached once it is you are taken an unecessary rish trying to do so.

    Eggs can only be easily detached within hours of being laid or 2 to 3 days before hatching.

    Here is a pic of eggs that are full terms and about to pip as you can see 2 eggs died during incubation and started to mold, obviously they could not be removed safely so they stayed there.

    Nothing was spread or added to the other eggs.




    Note: I have at least 1 or 2 clutches like those every year.
