Hiccups? (just kidding) I've seen snakes do that to push away un-desirable creatures (incl. humans) but I don't see anything in video that's provoking her...
No mites, I assume? (itching & biting insects might inspire that motion) Gas pain? -wait & see from a safe distance...Gravid...who knows?
