    Newbie question

I bought (rescued?) my first ball python a week or so ago. She’s not my first snake but is my first ball python. She weighed 216 grams but the previous owners had her in a 10 gallon aquarium and were only feeding her fuzzy and maybe hopper sized mice once a week. Obviously she looks a little skinny. I got her some adult mice and she has eaten them very well. My question is should I feed her once a week or more often until she is a little less skinny?

5-7 days is fine. You don't want to power feed her. Power feeding will help gain weight but considerably reduce her lifespan. Let her grow at a normal rate.
