A T10 would be fine for a BCC but they do like to climb and perch so they would use all of the space in the T12 if you give them the opportunity.
I would probably do a T8 with drop doors for a corn snake. I do have T8's with the sliding doors and I could see a corn snake trying to squeeze out between them.
