    I especially object to the ones off-leash when they're supposed to be ON-leashes. I'm walking my 2 older dogs on leashes & ppl think it's OK if their loose unruly dogs run up tomine? Really!? My smaller dog is a male terrier that wants to fight all other dogs. My bigger dog is a female but 15 years old & a bad leg...we don't need loose dogs.
