    If you want a good measure, use a measuring app on a phone. you can take a picture with a pen beside the snake and recalculate the lenght of your snake. it takes time but its precise.

    There's no exact formula for how much the sheds stretch...but for a shed that's 56", your snake is probably is under (or maybe close to) 4' (ie. 48") long.
