    You can also make your own hooks: buy old golf clubs in thrift stores, cut off the end that contacts the ball & install a metal hook with the right amount of bend to it...the grips for golf are comfortable for snake hooks too. Should be able to find someone to make the right "hook" for you, if it's not in your skill-set. (it's not in mine either)
