Get two lamp fixtures rated for 150 watt CHE's and place them equi-distant from each other above the cage. Use a thermostat with adequate wattage rating and balance the temps to 80F ambient inside (measured by a digital thermometer with readings throughout the entire enclosure). Your UTH should be regulated by another thermostat/zone/probe and a temp gun should confirm the temps at 90F on your 'basking spot'. For humidity use a large water bowl big enough that the snake can submerge in and place it in the enclosure--if the ambient is 80F it doesn't matter where it is placed inside. Only one hide is required. Substrate can be anything you want-dry: as long as you make sure it is not ingested.

In this case: all temperature and humidity conditions are met.

Proportional (vs. on/off) Thermostats from HerpStat or Vivarium Electronics are recommended as they have a proven track record. Never heard of ThermoPro before.
