I have my boas in very similar setups. My thermostats are set to 92-94 and that gives me a hot spot of about 88. That's plenty warm enough for a BI. If you want a hot spot of 90ish you could set your thermostat a few degrees higher. It won't hurt but I don't think it's necessary.
