I have a young spinner mojave YB that appears normal no weird behaviors except when she is swallowing she wobbles her head back and forth in a rythmic motion with her head up in the air. Is this seem like a neurological defect related to her spyder genes?
She rights herself very quick when placed upside down.

A lot of snakes will wiggle their head when they are swallowing prey as they are compressing their neck/throat muscles.

Having Spider in the mix you are likely to see some sort of 'wobble-like' effect at one point or another. It is not something to be concerned about unless it is bad or it grows worse over time.

Thank you for your reply. I will keep an eye out for any issues. So far i do not see anything troubling. At night, she does tend to go straight up to the top of the cage and she falls over periodically. I guess she is exploring the possibility of escape. Maybe this is normal behavior.

What you're describing sounds very normal. Snakes have neck-strength when they constrict, but not when they reach out...they do gain strength as they grow but constriction will always be their "strong suit".
