Unless you are crossing two different types of Albino together (Standard, Lavender)--there should be no issue breeding Pied x Pied. It is done regularly.
The only concern I would have is how closely related your two Albino Pied are to each other. Ball pythons can tolerate a large amount of inbreeding, however, a lot of breeders start with only a few snakes and will continuously focus on one target until they reach the morph they desire---this can really narrow down the gene pool and has the distinct possibility to lower viability through the generations.
