I agree with above posts...if you have a "nervous" snake it's far better to leave it be so it doesn't regurgitate it's meal. What you might be able to do is just cover
the feces/urates with a bit of substrate so she isn't crawling thru it. Some substrates are more conducive to "spot-cleaning" (removal of just the mess with immediate
substrate around it) than others, but for a shy snake you don't want to risk cleaning the cage right after a meal...just cover it or spot-clean if you can, otherwise, don't
worry about it.
