I would wait until he sheds, as it's likely shed-related. Without more symptoms (bubbles, mouth-breathing) you can do more harm than good by fogging chemicals
OR by giving antibiotics...they are NOT harmless. (Not positive but I think Tylan is sold in feed stores for livestock too?) First, don't panic...then, don't over-treat.And make sure the humidity is adequate.
