You want something active & personable? Get a rat snake! My adult male Florida* rat snakes (about 11 years old att) are about 7', while the females stay shorter, especially when they lay infertile clutches every
year like my gals do. Forget the "BCI head"....or else just get a BCI. (*these are a blend of yellow, gulf hammock & probably some Everglades too- I'm their second owner, & never met the breeder, only got minimal
information from him when these were adopted & shipped to me)

i know, i have so many conflict of interests lolol.

i should add i also have a CBB giant madagascar hognose with my name on it if i want it
