So probably 41qt for a minimum and larger (52qts) for females and large males?

I think that's fine.

Solana is in a 36"X24"X12" (LXWXH) Boaphile and can easily live there for life. Figment is in a 48"X24"X12" but he's pretty big for a corn. He could easily live in the a tank the size of Solana's as well. I happen to have a tower of 48"X24" tanks and he got one.

I will say they are fairly active, so a little more room cannot hurt. Height isn't really an issue.
