Don't know how long you've been waiting for responses, but at this time of year, I'm betting they're buried with the crush of holiday orders to fill. Better customer
service would be nice but for small operations, I'd bet they gravitate to the orders that provide them with maximum remuneration? And you sound pretty handy.
