Wow I feel really bad I never updated this. It ended up being a giant tumor that was wrapping around his lower intestine. We were faced with the decision of puting him down or removing a portion of the intestine then reconnecting the portions without tumors. Vet told us it would be experimental if we did decide to go through with surgery but he really wanted to try. So against all odds we did it 2500 dollars later and submission to vet journals Gamin slowly healed.
