Nobody is supposed to tell you. You're supposed to do your own research before bringing animals home. They aren't our snakes, they're yours. So it's YOUR responsibility to know about quarantine.
And I'm not being harsh, I'm being honest. These are living creatures and if you can't afford to properly care for them you shouldn't bring them home. Nobody made you add a second snake, that was your choice.
