RI in Royal Pyton
Sold a baby royal, healthy, feeding and pooping - now new owner a month later is saying that the snake has RI and that we should pay vet bill, is this appropriate as it was healthy when it left here, and its siblings are healthy as are all our snakes, so is this the new owners responsibility

Re: RI in Royal Pyton
Hmmm,
I'd certainly engage with them and check how they are sure it has an ri and what their husbandry set up is like.
That should give you a better idea on the cause, certainty and who diagnosed it.
If it was shipped how well was it taken care of on the journey? I'd probably be willing to chip in if there is a definate, reptile vet led, diagnosis just to maintain customer good will. The morph/ price of the snake would probably also be a consideration at that point.
