Is my gecko terminally sick?

It's a gecko, gecko will defecate anywhere at any time I am not sure why you jump to the conclusion of being terminally sick?

Is the animal bloated, does it look skinny with fat in the tail depleated?

Lenetta is a leopard gecko so she uses a toilet site, that's why i'm surprised. Also, she doesn't look unhealthy, which is part of why i'm confused.
