My very first Calico combos

That's one heck of a jump in for your first calicos! They turned out very pretty, I'm sure you must be thrilled. Always nice when you decide to add something new to the mix and you end up with something this nice, I'd say you made a great decision adding it!. I just added calico to my projects this year, hope my results next year will be as rewarding as yours, congrats!
