Ball python eye cap problems, help please

Oh of course, every morning I give all my babys clean water. I wonder why she would be dehydrated, she always eats once a week unless shes shedding and I seem to notice her drink more than my other bps.

Well this didn't happen overnight either, & you did say you rescued her? Her previous home was likely not humid enough, &/or water bowl was lacking- that's why you got her with multiple eye-caps.
