Looks like minor bruising. If there were mites, you’d see little black specks hiding up underneath scales. Examine the snake under the chin and check on the sides of the belly under the scales.

It actually looks like 2 different issues to me...the top photos, minor bruising (& only showing up because it's white), while the bottom photos could be a fungal
issue with those scales, but sure can't diagnose it this way: it's just the way the individual scales are affected -it's near-impossible to get a bruise on ONE scale.
Good question for your vet...especially since if it's a fungal infection on the scales, you'll be seeing more of those spots, even after next shed...up close the scales
look sort of shriveled. A topical medication can turn this around pretty easily with regular attention, & it won't go away on it's own (if I'm correct?).

If your snake had mites, you'd be finding tiny red/brown/black moving specks (pin point size) on your snake, in the water dish & in the cage. Mites do not cause
    markings like you're showing us.

Does not appear to be burns either...it's hard for a snake to get tiny burns like that, just like with bruises, burns tend to be bigger (& usually ventral).

What do you think might be causing the bruising? Is his hide too small?

I will call the vet tomorrow about the lower spots, fingers crossed its nothing serious

Don't see anything like that. I also just cleaned his enclosure last night and didn't see any.

-Maybe a fall off a branch? Not a concern, really minor. Don't we all get bruises?

-Good...even if those spots are fungal, it's not serious...just a minor skin thing...it happens, topical treatment is easy.

-I assume it's mites you're talking about "not seeing any"? Good!

Do you still see the pink blotches after you have been handling the snake for a while? My white snake will have pink spots where she was pressed against a hide, or folded against herself. It goes away after a minute or two.

Not sure about the odd scales.
