She looks great!! She's got a nice body structure, not too big, not too thin...
If she's going into shed that's a perfect time to "wait them out". A lot of times they'll refuse when they feel a shed coming. It's likely to save their energy for the shed rather than expend energy on digestion. Plus, with their vision impaired while in shed I'm sure they like to stay "light" to more easily escape any potential predators.
So hopefully after she sheds she'll be good and hungry.
