Is a 50g rat to big?

So Corchen has outgrown large mice, shes currently a little over 250g and eats like a champ. She's always hungry, everytime I feed her (about every 5 days) shes ready for more within 5 min haha. So my question about the rat, I want to switch her over now but the smallest I can find locally are "arctic mice small rats" which are 50g each. They are about the same size as her middle.

You want to aim for 10-15% of the snakes body weight, every 7 days for juvenile BPs.

50 grams would be too big at 25%

Re: Is a 50g rat to big?

Well, rats. I was hopeing that it would be ok due to it being the same size as her middle. I'll have to get some more large mice then. Thanks.
