    First thought is browned-out Pastel.

    The faded head, the look of the brown-out line, the belly, the pale labial scales are all Pastel traits. And the connected head pattern pops up in Pastels quite a bit. Although often referenced as having green eyes, Pastel eyes tend to be more hazel in mature animals - although still relatively light.
