    Custom Enclosure

    Hey Everyone,

I just had a few questions pertaining custom enclosures. I was wondering how you all heat your custom (wood) enclosures and if you can use a heat mat underneath? Would it even work or would it be hazardous? What is the best way to heat custom enclosures? Also, could you tell me what wood you used for the construction? Thank you.

    Re: Custom Enclosure

Just my opinion. But I am a fan of radiant heat panels (RHP). I use them in all my PVC cages. It would work great in a wood enclosure. An under the tank heater (UTH) would not work well in a wood enclosure.
