my vote goes towards zero beardie or skinks, or a really cool BP (although BPs arent my favorite, id personally choose garters or a hognose smth with a lot of personality)

Personally, I'd go for the snowglow...

But if you're hoping to get a breeding group out of the skinks, that would be a good way to go too to try to increase the CBB populations.

I've got a kahl sunglow, so the color boa I don't have was always going to be my preference lol. I'm not a big beardie person just because the type of care needed isn't quite my forte.

I'd totally go for the skinks since you're trying to breed though. I saw some at the expo near me 2 weeks ago at the "at least 50% WC animals" table (massive variety of animals and many species that are commonly wild caught or others that looked probably wild caught) and they looks really cute. Would be great to see CBB ones become available.

ugh that's 50% of this expo....
i have a beardie but he is special needs so i miss out on the whole experience. i am home most of the time so the extra care is ok. i could almost squeeze in two choices but i also have 2 exoterras on my list.

Yeahhh.. worst part is when these vendors label 1 or 2 species specifically as WC, so the expectation of the rest is CB or CBB when many of them are also wild caught. Luckily I've not bought from these, even on accident early on.

It sounds like you really are leaning toward the beardie, so I'd say go for it! You can always tell when someone wants something bad by how much more they try and justify it when someone else picks one of the others, lol. If Zero is the morph I think it is, it'll be one cool beardie.

I had a rescue beardie & while he was adorable & fun & I'm so glad to have known him, I wouldn't choose all the daily care needed by a beardie again,
not with everything else I have going. And I'm big on daily veggies too, so it's not like making him a salad was hard for me or anything...I just like living
with snakes (& dogs) best. Obviously, this is a very personal decision...they're all great choices for the right person/situation.
