    Exclamation Scale rot/issues. Please help.

I’veGot a issue where as far as I know w/ plenty of research the husbandry is on point but I seem to be getting scale issues on my ball python and I don’t understand why I think it’s scale rot but basicly the edge of the scale Deteriorates until a light transparent laminate film peels from the scale and over days goes off coloured.
32c at hot end in front/over warm hide & cool side is 27c. Humidity is always between 50% and 65% depending if it’s straight after and misting or not. Inside her hides she has four of five layers of paper towel and underneath that about an inch of dry orchid bark with her substrate a mix of 98% orchid bark and 1% oak leaf litter and 1% sphagnum moss. She has a temperature probe on the cold end and in the middle and warm End. As well as a humidity and temperature probe inside the warm hide and a temperature and humidity sensor at the entrance. But I just cannot seem to keep a scale in good condition I’ve took some detailed photos and I’ve tried to be as detailed as possible above hopefully somebody has some experience to help me out
